Born at just 25 weeks and 5 days, weighing only 2 pounds, 2.4 ounces, Amari entered the world as a fighter.
What followed was a 114-day NICU journey filled with moments of uncertainty, milestones worth celebrating, prayers, and extraordinary strength.

Today, Amari continues to excel and exceed every expectation that everyone has for him. His journey is the heartbeat behind Expedited Promise—and a reminder that even the smallest moments can become the stepping stones toward the finish line.
Where His Story Began
Before Expedited Promise had a name, there was a promise being lived.
In those early days, love often looked like this—hands reaching through an isolette, a whispered prayer, and simply being present when there was nothing else we could do.
We desired to hold our baby, comfort him, and somehow carry the weight that his tiny body was fighting to overcome. So when we couldn't change the moment, we learned how to walk through it—one moment at a time.
Years later, those moments became part of the heartbeat behind Expedited Promise. What began beside our son’s isolette became a promise to walk alongside other NICU families with hope, compassion, faith, and presence.
